Save Yourselves! is pretty much on any skill bar I use (my mains are warrior and paragon).
For my Warrior I'll bring Drunken Master and Feel No Pain if I'm working on Drunkard. Otherwise I'll bring Club of a 1000 Bears (this one actually works on Kanaxai too ).
For my Para I have There's Nothing to Fear! and I'll usually rotate out my third choice. I've used Ebon Standard of Honor-but not to much of a big fan as I often forget to use it close enough for the tanks to get in on it lol. Air of Superiority is pretty sweet, and so is Pain Inverter. I've also used Spear of Fury from time to time.

95% of the time, none, cause I PvP 95% of the time.
HOWEVER,
When I do PvE I mostly use stuff rom the Dwarf line as I use a Ranger in PvE.
Rank 8 Dorf + Dwarven Stability + 15 in Expertise = Whrling Defense and Lightning Reflexes up 100% of the time.
I like Great Dwarf Armor as well
When not Soloing, Drunkin Master is nice.

It depends on the character. Obviously physicals generally have SY and something to power it out. I've been using a mind blast ele bar lately with great dwarf weapon, ebon battle standard of honor and "finish him!" too, that's pretty sweet.

Depends on what character.
On my Ranger, I rarely use PvE-only skills.
On my Warrior I always go D-Slasher, so SY.
On my Paragon, I always go imbagon, so Spear of Fury, SY and TNTF.
On my Mesmer, CoP.
Apart from that, I don't use them.

As a derv, I typically use two (aura of holy might and eternal aura) and obviously lightbringer's gaze when needed. It typically depends on my characters, since my ele doesn't use any.

Seed Of Life FTW!!!
same for Pain Inverter.
And Light of Deldrimor is just good for dungeons.
on a more class-specific basis (yes i know SoL is class-specific but I believe that most, if not all, healers should carry it), I use:
Aura of Holy Might
Critical Agility
Elemental Lord (or whatever the factions pve ele skill is)
Whirlwind Attack
Mindbender
"You Move Like A Dwarf"
Necrosis
The rest of the pve skills might be good, but I just don't like them.

SY! and TNtF! on my para but only Sunspear Rebirth Signet on my ranger. Might consider putting "Finish Him!" in there. (I used BHA Epidemic - adding DW in there might be quite nice.)

i run 3 PvE skills near constantly. on a necro, Necrosis+You Move Like a Dwarf!+Finish Him! is amazing for taking down high priority targets. i've brought Technobabble, Save Yourselves!, Pain Inverter, Ebon Vanguard Sin, There's Nothing to Fear!, and the Ebon Vanguard Wards more than once.
i see no reason not to bring them, as they're obscenely powerful.
